1) Services
We provide bookkeeping and related services as described on our website or in your proposal.
2) Pricing & Billing
Recurring services are billed monthly in advance. One-time Diagnostic & Setup is $400 and credited to month 1 if you proceed. Taxes, if any, are additional.
3) Scope & Changes
Pricing assumes one entity and standard volume/complexity. Multi-entity, heavy construction workflows, or unusual transaction volumes may require a revised scope and price. We’ll confirm in writing before starting any out-of-scope work.
4) Communication & SLAs
Essential: Email + Client Portal only; replies within 2 business days
Growth: Email + Portal + 1 scheduled call/month; replies within 1 business day
Executive: Email + Portal + dedicated call/text line (business hours); priority same-day
Reasonable use applies.
5) Client Responsibilities
Provide timely access to records, statements, and requested documents. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide.
6) No Assurance / No Legal or Tax Advice
We do not provide audit, review, compilation, legal, or tax advisory services unless expressly agreed in writing. Our work is not intended to detect fraud or irregularities.
7) Confidentiality & Data Security
We keep your information confidential and use appropriate safeguards. You authorize us to use vetted service providers to deliver the services.
8) Termination
Either party may terminate at any time with written notice. We will complete the current month’s close if already in progress and provide a final export of your records upon request.
9) Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the month in which the claim arose. No consequential or indirect damages.
10) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
